When you are on the mats and practicing your martial art skills, the rest of the day tends to fade away. You forget about the day, good or bad, and only focus on the task at hand. That lowers stress and anxiety and you will leave class a better you.
Adults are over worked and over loaded. This can hurt our confidence from time to time. We have the ability to reconnect with ourselves and our Excel Martial Arts classes provide for that.
Building confidence is one of our primary missions. We do that through training. Working hard and staying humble in a challenging environment. Training isn’t easy but you will always have positive and supportive instructors guiding you along the way.

Workouts are supposed to be challenging and fun. Adults want to look good and feel good. Martial arts targets your full body and gives a workout that you may have not experienced before. When combined with a healthy diet, your weight and fitness goals can be achieved.
We know our adult lives get in the way of our fitness and health at times. What we do not want though is it getting in the way of the image of ourselves we carry.
